Why you should not: The use of a toothbrush is not enough for effective cleaning of our teeth.
The toothbrush cleans tooth surfaces, but not the spaces between the teeth, where gum diseases begin and where tooth decay attacks first.
Top tip:
Use floss or interdental brushes, daily, ideally at night before brushing teeth. Which one to choose? Thread is recommended for teeth with very narrow interdental spaces. The interdental brush can be used by people with large interdental spaces, people with braces, but in cases where the teeth have been restored with porcelain, have bridges, implants, bare roots or a periodontal disease (e.g. periodontitis).

Sleeping with contact lenses
Why you should not: Generally you should not sleep with contact lenses. In optical shops, there are specific lenses, that can remain in your eyes even during sleep, it is however, advisable to remove them, before bed, because the lens doesn't give the eye the chance to be well oxygenated. When the eyes are closed without removing your contact lenses, the risk of infection is multiplied.
Top tip:
Do not use unsuitable solutions or tap water, to clean the lens, as this increases the risk of infection.

Not cleaning your hairbrush.
Why you should: Hair brushes are important to be cleaned regularly from dirt, residues of styling products, and from the oiliness of the head and hair. When this does not happen, they quickly make your hair oily the hair and may cause dermatitis.
Top tip:
Wash your brush with hot water and soap once a week and remember to replace it every 6-8 months.

You missed this year’s Pap test.
Why should you: Do you think that because you had tests last year, you should l not worry if you skip it this year? Wrong, experts say. Once a woman has complete sexual relations, she should have the Pap test and the classical gynaecological tests once a year!
With these tests health gynaecological system is examined (e.g., presence of inflammation, and cell abnormalities suggestive of precancerous or cancerous conditions).
Top tip:
The Pap test is best done, immediately after the end of the period and without any prior sexual intercourse the day before.
Never forget to do this! You can set “Pap test" day, like you do on your birthday!

Leave clothes in gym bag
Why you should not: If you forget the sweaty clothes in your backpack until the next time you visit the gym, you probably need to change habits. The reason; Sweaty clothes are a "magnet" for the fungi.
Top tip:
t is advisable to air the clothes, so they do not smell and change them after wearing them once or twice. As for the shoes, it is a must to be ventilated after each visit to the gym.

Sleeping with makeup
Why should not: The cleaning of the face every morning and every night before bedtime is essential, even if you had not applied make-up, at all, during the day, since air pollution affects the skin. Moreover, if your skin is not completely clean, day or night cream will not be properly absorbed and will not have the desired results.
Top tip:
Clean your face twice a day:
in the evening to remove dirt and makeup residue and in the morning to remove the dead cells, sebum and night cream debris.
